Partner With Us
Do Good Gainesville partners with non-profits, area business leaders, and local government organizations — parks, schools, health care, elder care, and more. We focus on defined, short-term projects that can use temporary volunteers with a defined amount of time to give.
Longer-term projects are welcome too, as long as they can be broken into shorter, defined phases. When a project can be divided into roughly 90-minute volunteer segments, participation tends to be great — volunteers can sign up for multiple segments if they like, without ever feeling obligated to a long commitment.
No soliciting volunteers directly for time or money.
Focus on creating a good experience for the volunteer with good orientation and project management.
Commitment to avoiding political, religious, or other social agendas with volunteers.
Open to all people, with the understanding that some projects may have restrictions around physical abilities, language skills, background checks, etc.
